A look at the software we've built and the way we build it — small teams, AI at the center, delivered faster and cheaper than anyone expects. Here's the work.
A dairy-commodity export and trade-finance firm ran its entire operation on a fragile, fifteen-year-old PHP codebase held together by copied files. We replaced it with a modern, fully tested platform — delivered by a two-person team in about eleven months by putting AI at the center of how we work.
A consumer sports product — a Laravel API plus iOS and Android apps — had been in market for five years, kept moving by a large team working by hand. When that team had to get smaller, the same codebase took on an agent model and a knowledge graph, and the operation moved from people to agents in about four to five months.
A daily sports-contest product — Laravel API, web front end, and a mobile app — was written entirely by AI and directed by a single engineer. Accounts, contests, subscriptions, payouts, and an App Store release, in about four to five months.
A dealership finance tool started as a vibecoded prototype. The budget was small, so a month of work was spread across a longer horizon — low commitment, collaborative, progress visible the whole way. AI turned that prototype into a production product in four working weeks.
An agency product for running paid media was built by prompting, and for a while that worked. Within about three months the codebase was too large for a prompt to hold. Further progress started arriving with regressions, and the app could only keep moving under an LLM operator.
A materials company keeps a working relationship with us and no minimum hours. A senior engineer turns on for a bespoke feature at pace, or for a stretch of help, and turns off when that work is done.
