Person to person, not a course
One-on-one coaching on the work you actually do, from people who ship software with AI every day. Small teams too. Every session is planned for the people in it.
Both are bespoke. There is no fixed curriculum — we plan each one around the people in it and the work in front of them.
Person to person
You and a coach, working through your own tasks. We start from what you do all day and build the habits that fit it. Sessions run as often as is useful, for as long as it is useful.
A handful of people
For a small team that wants to work with AI the same way. Planned around the work the team shares, with time for each person on their own part of it.
A course can explain a feature. It cannot look at your work, see where you are stuck, and change the next session to fix that.
There is no syllabus to get through. We start from the tasks you actually have and work outward from there.
Each session picks up where the last one left off. If what you need changes, the coaching changes with it.
One-on-one, nobody is waiting on you and nothing is too basic to ask. Someone is there when the output is wrong.
Customer data, half-formed strategy and the awkward internal process stay between you and your coach.
Whatever your work is, there is usually a part of it AI can help with. Some of what we coach on:
Tell us who is being coached, what the work is, and what you want to be able to do. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.
We put together sessions around your tasks, tools and pace. Nothing comes from a template.
You practice on what you actually do, with a coach who can tell a confident wrong answer from a useful one.
We check what is sticking and change the next session to match, until you no longer need us.
No. Coaching starts wherever you are. If you can write an email, you can do everything we cover — and if you are technical, we go further.
It depends on you. Usually it is working through one or two of your own tasks together, then a short note on what to try before next time.
Some people want a single session to get unstuck; others want regular coaching over a few months. We will suggest a shape after the first conversation.
Small enough that everyone gets real time on their own work. If the team is bigger than that, we will talk through how to split it.
We cover what should never go into a prompt before anyone types anything. Where you are unsure, we use a made-up version of the task.
For yourself or a small team. Tell us a little about the work, and we'll write back to plan the first session.
